I’m Nichole. My gut is that if you’ve scrolled down this far, we have likely experienced the same struggles. Working mom hitting overwhelm and starving for me time? Been there!

The last several years, I’ve worked hard to find ways to recapture control over my time. I also became a board certified health coach so I could help others (and myself) discover ways to take better care of ourselves.

All of the content & programming here is designed to help us to learn to do well by ourselves. To re-prioritize our schedules to focus on ‘me time’ first, then add-in life & work.
