A majority of moms I know are stressed and overwhelmed with no time for self-care. We’re phenomenal at making it all come together, but work and life responsibilities often overrun any shot at coveted me time.

Simply working in a moment to be gentle on yourself can feel impossible. Any small opportunity to put yourself first comes with a generous dose of feeling guilty and a failed attempt at your time management.

Of course, we have mastered our planning skills. If you want to get a work or home project done, you sit down and map it out, right? It’s time to create time for your own self-care. It’s time to do well by you.
